Chuck's experience in the construction industry extends over 25 years. In his early years he worked for a General Engineering Contractor. His past experience includes trucks, surveying, layout and grade checking. In the late 80's Chuck joined a major earthmoving firm that specialized in large quanity subdivisions. He started as a grade checker and was quickly promoted to foreman. His leadership ability soon brought him to a General Superintendent position. Chuck joined Subhash, Dennis and Tom as Sharma Contractors first General Superintendent and was later promoted to Area Field Manager. Chuck's ability to motivate and obtain the best from his crew is evident to us. His ability to move dirt fast and efficiently has impressed our customers. His leadership and varied experience in the industry make him an asset to our team and give Sharma a competitive edge.
