Randy Bolen has been in the earthmoving industry for 32 years. Randy's career began in 1970 after serving his country in Vietnam. He started operating heavy equipment and soon moved up the ranks in a Denver, CO based excavation and grading construction firm. Randy was soon promoted to General Superintendent and served in that capacity for six years. In 1985 Randy tired of the cold Rocky Mountain winters and moved his family to Southern California. He was immediately hired and served with Dennis, Subhash and Tom. In 1994 Randy was appointed the position of the Southern Area Field Manager. Randy's experience, attitude and ability to satisfy the customer has helped Sharma Contractors confidently tackle the most difficult projects. Sharma is fortunate to have Randy Bolen on their team.
